We sell only ‘digital products’ (software) like themes, extensions or plugins for content management system (CMS) to our users.
As we know, ‘digital products’ are not returnable, so we generally do not offer refunds on our ‘digital products’. We do this to prevent against fraud. However if you have a genuine reason for refund, we would consider your case.
Why a refund may not be given
If the item is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:
–you don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it;
–the item did not meet your expectations;
–you simply change your mind;
–you bought an item by mistake;
–you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item; ETC.
Steps to get refund:-
1. Please create a support ticket to tell us about issue.
2. Our software engineer (web developer) will communicate with you and solve your issue.
3. If they will unable to solve your issue, we will give full refund.
NOTE: You will not able to update and not get premium support related to refunded order / item.
